Art Notel – Words in the Heart

An immersive hotel takeover inviting participants to explore how unspoken emotions are held somatically in the body, encouraging them to name these feelings, write them onto balloons, and release them into the space. The balloon-filled room becomes a playful, cathartic environment where movement and exploration transform emotional release into a shared, embodied experience.
